How shipping & handling works
We offer free delivery across the country subject to minimum order requirements. Within our large, local delivery areas, we offer free delivery for all orders over $50. Orders delivered outside our local delivery areas are subject to a delivery area surcharge. In addition, select products are subject to product handling fees and special delivery charges.

Delivery Area Surcharge
Select locations and postal codes are subject to a Delivery Area Surcharge. To receive free delivery, simply ensure your order total exceeds the min order amount as noted in the order summary section of your shopping cart.Delivery area surcharges are frequently assessed to ensure they accurately reflect the complexity associated with delivering to specific locations.
*If an order contains Special Delivery items (products identified by the icon, such as furniture), additional charges for delivery and installation may be added to the order at time of processing. Additional charges for special delivery items will be clearly communicated during the order checkout process. For any questions about these charges, please contact your Customer Care representative.
Product Handling Fees
Select locations and postal codes are subject to Product Handling Fees. Product handling fees are levied to reflect the complexity associated with delivery of the product. Examples of products with product handling fees are products that are bulky, heavy, oversized or fragile.
