Our new name and logo confirm our commitment to provide you with the professional business service you require from our dedicated sales team, while leveraging the broader Staples brand in Canada to become a true multi-channel solution provider – online, at your place of business and in-store, for all your needs. We’ll continue to provide you with the deep professional expertise that you’re used to when it comes to Business Essentials, Furniture, Facilities, Technology, Print/Promo, and Pack and Ship, as well as our next-day delivery service and customized solutions for ordering, billing and reporting. Our new name will come to life in exciting ways in the months to come and this new brand is just the first step. Staples Professional will introduce new solutions to meet your everchanging needs, including: • New products: Over 500 new items have already been introduced, including Pack and Ship, and on-trend furniture and technology for work from anywhere with thousands more items to come. • An improved customer experience: Enhancing online product content, introducing the Staples Spotlight Virtual Speaker Series, expanding our delivery fleet, and adding track and trace capabilities to orders. • A true multi-channel experience: Convenient access to Staples in-store print services and expanded print production capabilities are now available, and contract pricing at our network of 300+ Staples stores throughout Canada will be introduced later this year.
