Please note that your account configuration may not allow all the features described in the Help Centre.
- Click on the Become a customer option from the main menu.
- In the last section at the right, click on Get Started.
- Register by filling out the form.
- Click on the Submit button in order to be contacted.
- Alternatively, you can call 1-877-272-2121. You will be contacted shortly thereafter by a Staples Business Advantage sales representative who will work with your organization to learn more about how we can meet your office essential needs.
When you log in for the first time, you'll be guided through a series of steps designed to personalize and confirm your buyer settings. These steps may not all be required for your specific buyer profile.
- Create a password - replace the temporary password that was given to you with your own personalized one. Your new password must have at least 7 alphanumeric characters, it can include upper and lower case letters, it must be different from your User ID and your current password.
- Confirm your Profile information - confirm or modify the information already entered in your buyer account, and fill out any missing information if needed. Refer to the Edit My Profile Help Topic for information on individual field in this step.
- Credit card setup - to avoid having to enter your credit card number on each order, you can enter it in your profile and then select it with a single click in the Payment Details. You can enter more than one credit card in your profile.
- Create favourite ship-to locations - to flag the ship-to accounts you will use most often and have them show at the top of the selection list.
