Order status and tracking inquiries
    E-Way order status is available online by checking the Submitted Orders page. Contact Customer Care if you have questions about non-E-Way orders, questions about the order status indicated online or to track the delivery status of an order.

Assistance with product information
    Contact Customer Care when you are unable to find a product using the search feature on E-Way, need help finding a substitute or alternate product or need additional product information/specifications.

Assistance with returning an order
    Have questions related to the online Return form on E-Way? Customer Care can provide assistance related to completing a return or tracking the status of returned products.

Adding or modifying E-Way user accounts
    Contact Customer Care to setup additional users on E-Way or make changes to the setup of existing users, including the addition of new ship to address locations.

Problems with the E-Way site
    Contact Technical Support if E-Way pages are responding slowly, if an error message is displayed or users are unable to access the www.eway.ca site.

Problems with an existing E-Way user account
    Passwords can be reset and forgotten user IDs can be retrieved by clicking the Forgot Password/User ID link on the E-Way login page. To receive additional assistance, please contact Technical Support.
